In case the product is received in damaged condition or wrong item received :
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit i.e the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with or that a wrong item is delivered to you, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency.
In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that Unnati silks may take care to avoid such occurrences in future.
In such cases when your ordered item is damaged during transit or wrong item is delivered to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of item is made by you in 24 hours from the receipt of the package.

After validating your return request over phone or via email, we will send you an email authorizing a return. The mail will have a link that gives you access to the return shipping address label. Partial Refunds: In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, Unnati Silks in unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, Unnati Silks shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.
